I had a wonderful experience. I brought in an engagement and wedding band in to get resized. I gave it to them on Tuesday and let them know that my anniversary was on Saturday. They had them ready for me on Thursday and at a very reasonable price. My rings look gorgeous and fit perfectly now. I will return!

If I could give 0 I would! Being new to this area I went on social media to ask where would accept lab created diamonds for repair work since my store can’t take lab created diamonds that aren’t from the store. Read a lot of people saying how they would take in their ring, get it back and then notice something is wrong. They would take it back in to the store and store claims they didn’t do it. But then there was good reviews. So I decided to take my ring in since it was my only option. I had 6 loose stones and I saw for myself one of my prong were busted (meaning it needs to be retipped) my ring is ROSE GOLD!! Every inch from top to bottom! They retipped my prongs yellow gold and claim it WASNT THEM! When NOONE has TOUCHED my ring because it’s lab created diamonds!! They continue to insist they didn’t touch my ring and basically say I’m lying. Point is people were right!!!!!!! They “fix” your ring to only to mess it up and claim they didn’t for you to pay more money. I suggest go somewhere that will be more honest in their mistakes. So disappointed.

Becky, Joan and the rest of the staff are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. Love the variety of styles of the beautiful jewelry. The estate jewelry is particularly interesting.
