We recently moved into a house and had to pre-pay twice for the tank to be filled. Upon the 3rd request they told us that we now have to pay for the delinquent payment from the previous renter. They changed the bill to name of the previous renter to our name. After that is paid only then will they accept our payment to fill the tank. I have a hard time believing this is legal and will be taking the proper steps to take this company to court. It is supposed to freeze tonight and we are out of gas.
