My experiences with the housing authority has been very different than some of the reviewers. I have been living in a housing units for 1 1/2 years and am very happy with my apartment, the maintenance, cleanliness and treatment by staff. I have been to the main office at least 5 times in little over 2 years and was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism in the way I was treated.

This place isn’t how it use to be where as soon as you walk in you are greeted & if they are busy they would at least acknowledge you and tell you that they will be with you in a moment. Instead, you have to speak up & stand, wait between 5 & 10 minutes until their finished. Cindy & Angela are truly missed.

Nobody can truly comprehend the struggles of another's life, but it just seems like so many in these type of programs have no clue what it's like to be poor, to have disabilities, to have kids with disabilities, they choose their jobs as a way to judge not to help.
