The dealership sent me an offer via TrueCar. All of the company's contact information was within the offer. I drive a half hour to the dealership to view the car and they tell me that it's not available. The car is physically on the lot but they can't sell it to me because it's for fleet use only. So why make me the offer to begin with? Is this a bait and switch tactic? then they show me an alternative vehicle the same model that's 11,000 more than the original offer. Oh, 11 grand more, that's it? sign me up. I guess Jack don't sell 'em for less.

He goes far and beyond the usual norm to make sure his customers are happy satisfied and well taken care of, and in possession of the best vehicle in their given price range! 5-STARS without a doubt!! My son was looking for his first-ever truck to purchase and found one available at Del Chevrolet. As a father of a young adult, I wanted him to go through the decision process of buying a vehicle. I can't say enough about Sales Manager Mike Carfagno and Sales Consultant Sophia Suber for walking him through the process, making him feel comfortable and guiding him along the way. They even placed the truck on a lift so my son could examine the underside of the vehicle himself. What was most gratifying is when the truck experienced a minor unforeseen, mechanical hiccup a week later after purchasing the truck. Del Chevrolet, without hesitation, fixed the truck. We haven't had a problem since, and my son loves the truck!! Jack Del is a Class A and fair owner, and would recommend Del Chevrolet to anyone.
