They are a tag place and try to help you. Mornings tend to be the best time as they are less packed. Girls will work but can't bend the rules for everyone. Nobody likes to pay for tags and titles, but this place tries to make it pain-free.

First they make everyone stand outside in the cold due to covid so that’s not to big of a deal however the serve we encountered while standing outside the lady was very rude and talking to people crazy for no reason. I would not recommend this place at all.

I visited this past Saturday, then again on Tuesday and was VERY impressed with this office. Each employee I encountered was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Their response to Covid and efforts to keep everyone safe, while streamlining their process to assist the public is commendable. Great job DCTag
