I love the location, right down the street from where I work. Their hours are super convenient and they also do add-on services. The only thing I really noticed that I did not like was that there’s just not a whole lot of open space available. On the flip side the people that work here are the BEST. I appreciate that when my pup goes there: he’s well tended to, he gets basic training principles with every interaction, and if I’m a bad dog mom and I forget to feed him in a rush they will absolutely feed him. They do have a swimming area for summer and an indoor area for cold days so the play time keeps going! You’ll appreciate their photo booth corner with holidays (see amazing Valentines photo) and the complimentary tennis ball in the lobby.

We LOVE bringing our dog Mack here! We bring him 3 days/week for daycare and he’s so well taken care of. He’s excited to get dropped off and never wants to leave when we pick him up! The staff members love to tell us how his day was and they’re so happy to see him. It’s hard to trust your pet with strangers, but this team really goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are comfortable. Thank you to the Bark & Zoom staff for making our lives a little easier and for always spoiling our dog with love!
This is the only place that I trust when leaving my dogs. They provide daily updates, are VERY friendly when I call each morning, and they go out of their way to make sure my senior dog is doing well and feeling loved. A great plus is that they offer overnight valet parking for the airport and a free shuttle to the terminal.

First Class Experience! We boarded our cat Zelda here for the first time, for a one week stay while we were on a trip. Our cat got a little nervous on the drive, and she had an accident on the way to B&Z. They said they would clean her up, which they did. Bathed her, loved her, and set our minds at ease. They followed up with photos they sent. When we returned back to ABIA, the transport bus was waiting for us, and so was our car when we got to B&Z! Very professional service! Corinne Mears, Destiny, and all we so polite and courteous. Will be using them again in the near future! A
