Initially, when they responded to my email, they were prompt and positive, which made me excited that I might have found the company to build my container home. But when I replied that while I don't have a set design in mind yet, and aren't in need of a design that is too fancy, the two most important things to me for my home is having a large window in the living room and bed room to open the space up, bring natural lighting in and allow a good view into nature, as well as a deck on the roof where one can sit or sunbathe, etc. So I attached two photos of what I was looking for and even stated that the materials, such as the glass, weren't necessary, I was just sending the photos to specifically show one large window and one sun roof. Their response back was extremely rude, unprofessional and totally missed the point of my extensive email. They had said "nothing fancy huh?" in reference to the wood and glass in both pictures. However, I replied to their email and again stated that I am referring to solely just the large window and sun roof -- nothing else. They never even responded. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking to build a custom container home because they probably cannot do it. In their second email to me with their rude comment, they tried to get me to pick one of their designs. There's nothing custom to that. If you can't design a structure with one or two large windows for whatever reason, just say that, and don't offer custom designs. The point of going a custom route is to make my home look like what I'd want, not what you want. Now, if there were some safety reasons behind why a large window can't be built, and that was communicated professionally and kindly, I would have understood. However, as previously stated, their response was snarky, rude and completely unprofessional. So is their lack of response. Taking my business elsewhere.

I am so impressed with Bob’s containers. They were so honest and made delivery so quickly and even gave me a discount. The driver Craig was so wonderful, so sweet, and so patient to get the container where I wanted it. And it was a challenge. I recommend Bob’s containers for any container need you may have.They had the best prices and definitely the best service . I plan to buy a few more and I will not go anywhere else . Trust me I checked around for weeks and these guys were outstanding .

I was shopping for a shed at home depot with the thoughts of finishing it out real nice to use as a man cave but I came across Bob’s site and now I am hiring them to just build me one. Christian on the sales team got me a quote pretty quick, I made a couple minor changes and my build just started. I’ve already been sent photos of the insulation going in and I cant wait to see it finished. Everyone I have talked to has been extremely nice and answered all my questions. Great to see some folks taking pride in their work.

It’s one star Bc it won’t let me do 0 stars. First, I posted a review on Facebook, that got deleted and now you can’t post reviews on their page it seems. But anyway, ordered a conex box, was set to deliver on a Monday. Monday rolls around and nothing shows up. We call and ask what the issue is, we are told that something was wrong with a box and they couldn’t deliver it. We ask when we will receive it, they state they don’t know. We say well we would like a date and if you can’t give us one, we want our money back. After hanging up, we immediately get an email stating that our money is being refunded and it will be back in our bank in 1-2 days. On the 3rd day, I email, no response, and then call and am told they will look into it. I receive an email stating now it will take 7-10 days. On the 11th day, I still do not have money. I call and am told they will look into it, I get an email back stating that they are having issues with their third party vendor who I’m assuming handles their finances, and it will be another 7 days before we can receive our money. I’m still not holding my breath. But it seems to be some real shady stuff going on at Bobs. I would definitely look at going somewhere else to try and get a conex. It’s not worth the 4000 risk. Oh, and Bob’s containers, before you try and flag my review as false like I’ve seen you do some of the other reviews. My order number was 1797.

I’ve been working with the sales team for about a month now but today I made my deposit! Big thank you to Bob and Christian and Caleb to being so patient with me. It has honestly been a pleasure to deal with this group of guys and I’m excited for the build phase to start. I ordered a 40ft open side container for my yard to be used as a hang out/wet bar. Looking forward to having my family over this summer to enjoy it with me! I’ve been looking at custom container doohickeys for about 2 years now but after getting a quote and talking to Bob’s team for a little while I decided they were the best choice for me. Cant wait to see the build start. Keep doing what you do! Bob’s Containers!!

Made an appointment to visit the shop and see the kinda work these cool cats do and I was pretty impressed. These things are the bees knees. I am working with the build team now on finalizing my lay out of the 20’ home I am ordering. I talked to Christian and Caleb when I was there and they were super helpful with answering my questions. They dont have like a showroom but it was still pretty tight seeing them build. They also worked with my budget.. super helpful. Beyond excited for delivery day.
