After my irrigation pump failed I spoke with two irrigation companies and an irrigation supply store. All said that I would need a new well drilled. At the advice of friends and family I contacted Blackwelder. On the phone I described my problem, and the symptoms of the system before it failed. Mr Blackwelder said I most likely did NOT need a well, and just a replacement submersible pump and drop pipe. He came out that afternoon to begin working on it. The old pump required some finessing to come out of the ground, but alas it did. Mr Blackwelder was in constant communication with me regarding the repair process. He could have easily told me I needed a new well like all the others and charged me 4500-5000 for it. Instead he was honest, and fixed the problem for under 2000. I am extremely happy with his service, and would recommend without reservation.

A HUGE shout out to Brian Blackwelder! He not only answered his phone at 11 am yesterday when I needed him, he came out & assessed my issue ( Yikes! no water coming to my house) within 2 hours of my call & had it fixed & running water by 6 pm. I was told by another company I needed a new well without the guy doing any assessment or even looking at any of my equipment. Something told me to call someone else. As it turned out.. I only needed a new pump. I am beyond thankful I was referred to Blackwelder Pump & Irrigation! Brian was so Honest, quick & unbelievably punctual & professional. Wells, pumps & Irrigation.. this is my man for life! Lol, he really did make my day! :)
Glad I called. Even on a Sunday when I called , I explained my situation and even though he was working across the county he told me he would be here in a few hours. He got here and was very professional and knowledgeable and got water back in our home. If you ever need pump or wellservices this is the place to call.
Brian is an amazing owner and entrepreneur, he is full of knowledge. I had an emergency with my well pump in Bunnell past 1030pm. After googling different companies on Angie’s List, Black welder showed operational on 24 hours. His company name was the top listing. I carefully read every review and called. What a great experience I had even after being hesitant about the cost. Every word of advice, every dollar was worth it, every risk was worth taking.
