My wife and I had a memorable Valentine's Day dinner at Cress. The wine pairings perfect, the escargot, calamari, rosemary filet and terrine w/ fig reduction were amazing. Dessert? Perfect. Tom & his wife Saran took time as owners to personally introduce themselves genuinely took an interest in their guests. We will make the 3 hour drive to DeLand again just to experience their cuisine - and hospitality- again!

Excellent choice for Valentines day. Drove from Orlando to support this community. Fresh ingredients and very well seasoned dishes. Pre fix menu. I had escargot, duck confit for entree. Great service from the server who had great rapport with everyone. Seems like a local favorite. Give this place a try
You know those times when you have incredibly high expectations for a place and then they are not only met but exceeded? Yeah well, this is that place. Delicious food, brilliantly presented with gracious polite and friendly service. One of thee best meals of my life. Thanks to all involved. Photos to come...
Went to Cress for a late lunch on Saturday. I was totally blown away by how delicious the 2 dishes I ordered... Garlic Escargots and Creole Shrimp and Grits. The presentation of the garlic escargots was very modern and elegant. The Creole shrimp and grits was very flavorful and bit spicy. I was so happy I finally decided to go... can't wait to go back again P.S. Tom the owner was very attentive and my wait staff Lucy was very good and friendly
New owners are excellent. Food was outstanding. Our group had 4 different main courses and each one was delicious. Service was great and the price was reasonable considering the excellent food and service.
