As a beginner back yard chicken raiser or whatever. We were interested in raising Chickens for sometime now, since we bought our home three years ago, and the time was right. So made some calls to a local chicken hatchery. I explain to them that I was looking for baby chicks. She said that she did not have anything right now. She told me she knows someone, and She highly recommended Mike, She said Mike from lsland Farms he will bend over backwards to help you and he is very knowledgeable and honest. So she gave me His phone number, I called Mike and left message. He called right of way. He gave me directions to his farm.
