Straight out of high school. Looking for my first car. I get a story from the sales person about dealers looking for fresh high school graduates to drill them. I gain their confidence trade in a family owned vehicle for another vehicle. He goes in and out from having little \discussions\ about the deal. As a young lost child he tells me all the money will go to the lenders to raise credit faster. I had a hard life ever since. If this helps.

Dude hooked me up with a great deal on a 2018 Chevy Colorado and was friendly, patient and easy to work with from the get go. Had family and friends buy and recommend me to Delano Chevy and so glad. The whole staff was great and the process very stress free. All in all I highly recommend Delano Chevy and Jay Ramos along with Zulema. THEY WILL TREAT U LIKE FAMILY! I had a few hiccups trying to get a sales deal, but after sales rep Hector took over the negotiation he made the entire transaction a hassle free one. He was able to get me into a new Sierra Denali at the right price. Also Norma in finance finalized my initial deal and followed through with everything as promised. If you need a new car ask for Hector, I highly recommend him!
