Hands down the BEST in the industry!!! Jim and his team came to our rescue after I choose to go with a less expensive floor re finisher. Since my family and were displaced from our home from the previous re finisher for over two weeks. Jim went out of his way to meet with us in the evening and started our job immediately. Jim was very professional and helpful with his knowledge and passion for hardwood flooring. He took the time to educate us and helped us choose the look we wanted for our home.
