I'm the owner of a property that is currently managed by this company, and I would not recommend them. There was a maintenance problem I was made aware of Christmas Eve. I called the emergency maintenance number and the owner answered. I'm not sure if he was intoxicated, or if he's just a toxic person but he was very agitated and hostile towards me. I understand getting emergency maintenance calls on a holiday isn't fun but that is what they are paid for and sometimes it happens. He was unprofessional, rude, and belligerent. I'm going to be reviewing our contract and taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.

They require an application with social security numbers and a fee to see a property that you may or may not want.

Do I even have to give them 1 star? Horrible experience is an understatement! These folks don't know there backside from their elbow. They are crooks that don't follow the law or the lease that they provide. Customer service is lacking as is their professionalism. The property manager need proper training in just general communication skills and the owner isn't much better.......RUN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Inquired about a home managed by them. Set up a time to tour the home and got stood up by the agent. Waited around for 45 minutes on my only day off lol waste of time, thanks
