He attempted first to fix the issue before deciding to replace any parts. He gave a good run down of what was wrong, what had to be replaced, and he made sure I was informed of what not to do in order to keep the problem from happening again. DeLong is our \go-to\ plumbing place in town, and I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.
