Had a wonderful first RV experience! We picked up with no issues, less than 15 minutes we were explained everything from a very nice gentleman named Kelvin, answered all of my questions. Rita was a hoot, she was very pleasant and went over all the ins and outs of the renting experience. The RV itself was clean and well taken care of and everything including heater worked. Would Definitely rent from them again!

Rented a Cruise America RV from here multiple times. One time the heating in the RV didn't work (where we camped happened to be in the 40 degrees) and on our most recent trip the power in the RV didn't work (no microwave, no outlets, generator didn't fix it). Do they even check everything works before renting RVs out?? Fridge died overnight (even though it was on 'auto' and should have switched to gas power) so we lost all our food early into our trip. Short family vacation that we had planned for 9 months was ruined. Cruise America didn't offer to help in any way and best this drop-off site could offer was 100 credit. I was told I needed to take up any problems directly with Cruise America. Cruise America told me I had to talk to the drop-site location. Owner Patty didn't want to speak with me. Customer service is horrendous. Seems to be no quality control on the RVs they rent out. Only nice thing I can say is the RVs are always clean when we pick them up and we've never had to wait during pick up or drop off.
Patty at Delray Beach Cruise America was so helpful and although our RV rental was older with 85k miles on it, it was reliable and clean. It got is 3500 miles safetly during the pandemic which I will always be gratwful for. Nice layout in 25 ft unit and easy to drive. Highly recommend Delray Automorive where we picked up.
The staff was really great to work with. check in and check out process was very easy. We will definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent an RV!!
