Jay and his staff are recommended. The initial install was done efficiently and well. We noticed something was loose (we could see a screw) and someone came out to fix it within 36 hours. In rainy South Florida weather! Color me very impressed by this company who immediately responds with kind customer service AND effective solutions.

Great family run company
It seems we had one unhappy customer after the Hurricane Matthew threat Oct. 2016. After the influx of service work generated from the impending threat that the Hurricane may hit us, our company had over 400 awnings taken down in preparation, and precaution, of the very large storm. Thank goodness the storm wobbled off of its predicted course, but after the threat had passed, we still had the 400 awnings to reinstall. We had to prioritize the reinstallations of all these awnings due to circumstances as to their use (business, etc). After 3 months of very hard work from our small crew, we have almost all awnings back up, and have received quite a few thank you notes from some of our amazing customers who were understanding and patient in such a hectic time. We thank those customers, who beared with us after a situation that overwhelmed us (and most Florida businesses) in recovering after such a major event. Production Secretary, Delray Awning
