THANK YOU so so much!!! They have saved my daughter's life and listened to me when no one else would. She has. a long way to go but they found an infection in her brain and spine. If they didn't help me help her she would have died. Edit!!!!!!! The way my daughter has been left in filth is unacceptable!!! She is a recovering addict and mental health patient she was given pain medication and left in a dark room unattended to. The pictures are all I could gather at the time but there are more! She is laying in clothes from 4 days ago when I brought an entire bag of clothes. The pain management dr has thrown her into active addiction so badly so when my daughter leaves this place she will have to start over!!! The trams ICU was amazing and I’m grateful for that but what’s goi g on in the step down unit is unacceptable!

Our dad recently passed away due to COVID and was hospitalized for a couple weeks here. The care he got during his illness was exemplary. The staff was attentive and compassionate. However, we have to give exceptional thanks to Nurses Laura and Rachel in the COVID/ICU for their unbelievable care and graciousness while our father was passing. They did not leave his side for one minute and accepted many, many calls from family members who wished to say goodbye but could not see him in person. They stayed by his bedside and held the phone for us to say goodbye and grieved along with us all. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help our family through this difficult time. These nurses deserve special acknowledgement for their professionalism and excellence in their fields.

The worst experience I ever had.!The nurses were so non caring. To he bed too small. The food the worst, my dog eats better. It took 45 minutes for someone to come in and take me to the bathroom. I ended up wetting the bed. I asked if they had any extra underwear, they said no, we like our patients to come in without any. My son who had 4th stage cancer begged me to take him out of there. The care was so bad. My mother, significant other and myself all had a terrible time. I have to change my Internist

I was just released from an emegency visit and 2 night stay at this hospital. I have to say asside from the nurses such as Amanda Newman, Clinton and Britt and Sidney who saw me out today the doctors and mri people were the most sub par i have ever experienced. No one ever came in and examined me or talked to me. I have a piece of my tongue hanging and no one saw it or cared along with all the other brushes scratches and neck injury. At first they told me i had a hematoma in the neck and then they gave me another mri and they saw i had a herniated disk in the neck. I CANNOT GET OVER NO ONE CAME OVER AND EXAMINED ME EVER. I will make sure if anyone has a choice not to go there. Someone hit me as I was riding my bike and they called an ambulance and that is where i was taken. I have no idea who the head doctor was in the ER, no one not once came to see me while i was in trauma and any information i received was from the nurses. They ran the whole show, when i went for my second mri, the tech kept us waiting talking to someone about what type of masks he needed and then his boss called to complain he had not signed out. Since i was very uptight about getting the mri since i am claustrophobic, they gave me a ball to Squeeze in case i needed them but when i squeezed the ball no one responded and some girl pulled me out of the machine and would not help me out. My legs are extremely tight from the accident and i can barely move them, i was shocked. This place with the few exceptions of hard and committed nurses is truly lacking in cleanliness, and follow-though. Very very disturbing. Dont go there.

They have made some major capital improvements to the facility in the past couple of years. The parking is much improved since they put in a large parking garage. The staff have always been helpful when I visit and the doctors and nurses did their jobs
