I write this while sitting in the waiting room. I have been here for 45 minutes and have not even been called to register! The waiting room is dangerously packed full of people, with only about three feet of space between patients. The manager is off site somewhere. This place is an understaffed, disorganized mess. Addendum: Having completed my visit, I must add that the staff themselves are sweet, caring, and attentive. Kudos especially to Annie at reception, who really went out of her way to make me comfortable.

I made an appointment, provided my insurance information, took time off from work, and when I arrived was informed that my insurance (Avmed) is out-of-network and that I'd have to pay out-of-pocket. Why couldn't they inform me of that when I provided my Avmed policy and group number when making the appointment? I felt like bait-and-switch! Be very cautious of this place!

It was okay they did my test then I had next weekend appointment with my primary but my primary said that they didn't send the results to him so now I had to reschedule my primary appointment in order to give him enough time to get ahold DMC and ask them why they didn't send him my results non professionally

I've been here numerous times for imaging tests and have had a good experience each time I've come. Staff has been exceptionally professional and kind. I'd recommend this imaging facility for outpatient testing.
