5 stars all the way. Our salesman Tyler was a total professional with no pressure what so ever. The sales manager Anthony, was very nice as well and gave us a sweet deal, he made it happen so easy. The transaction was the easiest ever. Best of all was the finance manager Mike. He explained all the charges very simple and got the best rate possible! All 3 guys give Toyota a good name! I will refer all my family and friends to Ed Morse Toyota in Delray Beach!

Let me start off that I used to never use dealers because I always thought I was going to be taken advantage of. I’ve been dealing with Ed Morse Toyota Delray for the last four years on my 2016 4runner and I’ve never felt that way in their service department this is the first time in 40 years that I’ve used a car dealer to do my service. My Service Person Gaby is the best she has always taken care of me always give me courtesy calls and I can’t say enough about how well she works and gets me in an out on my schedule. Gaby is your girl definitely request her she’s wonderful everybody is friendly and nice and you’ll be well taken care of by anyone in my opinion

I had a great experience purchasing a certified preowned 2020 Toyota Highlander from Ed Morse Toyota. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. We found the SUV I wanted in very good condition with low mileage. I was in and out in just a couple hours and the process was stress free and pleasant. We felt very comfortable with the process of purchasing my vehicle and even when it came to signing all of the paper work the finance guy who helped us explained everything very thoroughly and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Our sales person Tyler made the whole process of our vehicle purchase go smoothly. He provides outstanding customer service and is very honest and helpful. Very easy car buying experience. Insurance and tags were transferred so didn't have to go to DMV at all. Great prices for a dealership and Colin Goldenberg was the best. Will definitely be buying from him again.

If you want to get a new car, bring your used car to Ed Morse for service and they'll surely break it for you. I brought my Prius for a simple oil change. After 2 hours of waiting to get the oil change (Yes, an appointment was made), I left with my maintenance light still on, and the tire pressure light on. They didn't even do what they said they would do on the checkout sheet. A day later, i noticed an oil mark on my driveway with an oil line coming from my engine. I brought my car to a trusted mechanic; they were able to look into the issue and identify the problem was a loose drain plug. So loose they were surprised I made it to them. I'm in shock and awe.
