A wonderful experience!! Our salesman was patient, knowledgeable, professional and worked diligently to get us into the vehicle that is perfect for us. The manager took the time to introduce himself and help. Even the receptionist went above and beyond! We were made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we walked in. When we returned to go over a few details we were afforded every courtesy. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Gunther Volvo.

Dominic in the service department went above and beyond the call of duty to not just help get my car fixed but work with my warranty company on my behalf to ensure anything that should be covered was. Knowing we had to drive back to NY he worked quickly to get the necessary parts in the next day and have me on my way. Greatly appreciated.

I bought a car pre-owned, everything went well until they gave me the car which was suppose to be detailed inside. Unknowingly when I picked up the car that night the next morning I noticed the Inside of the car was very filthy when I called my salesman Matthieu he told me to come in and they will fix it, unfortunately after an hour and a half drive and 2 hour wait I was highly disappointed, I could’ve done a better job myself. I asked to speak to a manager several times and nobody ever came to speak to me. Wasted my time wouldn’t refer anyone here because I felt I was treated unfairly.
