Made an appointment online, checked in at appointment time. 1 hour later the two people that had been there before me still had not been seen. When I approached the reception desk, the receptionist barely acknowledged me, as she was on her cell phone. When I told her that I needed to reschedule, all she said was “they’ll be out shortly”. I have been to this location many times previously and have had good experiences, although every visit there’s completely new staff. This visit was a letdown with execution and staff collectively. 0/10 would not recommend.

Called in advance to make sure the doctor could refill my prescriptions. Gave them the medication names and they said come on in. They took my money for the co-pay, had me wait an hour than the Dr. told me within the first minute he wasn’t going to write a refill prescription for a low-level controlled substance for anxiety. So basically they wasted my time and money, I didn’t get what I needed and now I have to call 50x and beg to be refunded. This was the opposite of a good experience. How is this money-hungry urgent care chain even open? They are crooks they literally told me to come on in and that they could write a prescription I asked about. Liars. Disgusted.

The lady at the front desk told me it would 15-20 minutes for my turn. While we were doing the 5 minutes checking she yawned and stretched at least 6 times. Completely disrespectful. Oh, and I have been here for almost 2 hours and it is still not my turn. Would absolutely not recommend. You get treated better at Walmart. This is a joke compared to real doctors and clinics.

I walked in for a physical which they told me would be 100 dollars (already raised a big red flag because a different MD Now told me it would be 70). Once my physical was halfway done, they told me that they wanted to draw blood from me to look for antibodies for certain vaccinesI already had paperwork stating that I had received these vaccines! HOWEVER, the front desk ladies and the nurse did not notify me this would be an extra 100 DOLLARS! Overall, I ended up spending 200 dollars, in which a different MD now had previously charged me 70, and a primary care would not charge at all. They do not tell you the true cost of things so that they can get all of your money. I went back the next day to kindly ask for a refund, because my physical that I needed DID NOT REQUIRE antibody testing, in fact it didn't even require the vaccines. But they told me that they go \above and beyond.\ (I guess above and beyond to take my money, right?) If you don't want your money stolen from you, go to a different urgent care :)
