Steve installed a Smart lock on my door it. The lock turned out to be defective and he came back twice to remove and reinstall a new one. Very good and very professional, I highly recommend On Time Locksmith.

Steve was on time and installed two of the most amazing locks on our glass slider doors! The doors open onto a covered patio. The existing lock mechanism was not sturdy or effective. Steve’s new locks changed everything! We feel very secure now.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I'm super happy with this company! The slider lock was broken at one of my rental properties (which I discovered just a few days before new tenants moved in) so I needed it fixed quick. Steve came by on short notice, recommended and installed a new lock system, and his rate was very fair. If you have slider doors with the original locks, I strongly suggest you contact this company and get them replaced. They are known to break and surprisingly pretty easy to pop open. Our slider lock could have been broken for months without my knowledge, so I'm feeling pretty lucky nothing bad happened. It sure feels good to have peace of mind now.

We were locked out of our condo as our key stopped functioning in our door handle. On Time Locksmith came within 20 minutes of calling and were able able to change the cylinder of the door handle while re-keying it to our current key. They were so professional and kind to our situation. Would highly recommend this company!! Great and fast emergency service.
