I’ve used Stanley Steemer in Chicago for many years. Now I’ve used them here in Florida for the first time. Frankly, I was hoping they would not disappoint...and they did not. They lived up to my expectations and prior experience. The technicians were personable, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning our Air conditioner and ducts. They assessed our situation and recommended what was best for us. Never pushy or trying to sell us something we did not need. We’ve used many other service providers before but few, if any, are as consistent and good as Stanley Steemer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need any of the services they offer.

Very unprofessional and disappointing of the professionalism and lack of care serving customers. After paying close to 400 this is how they left one of the carpets, they ruined. Two other small carpets were in very similar conditional, did not remove stains, I was able to remove some of the stains they left with a product from the supermarket and scrubbing. Very disappointing and do not recommend them at all. Get real professionals.
Able to remove all of the dirt marks and embedded dirt from heavy traffic areas. Moved everything and left plastic squares under every part of the furniture that touched the carpet. The rug which is white now looks nearly new! Wilbert did a great job! Julio did our other apartment the day before and he also did a great job!
They did a great job. They cleaned out our a/c ducts beautifully. I asked if the process would leave any residue and was told no. So when they left, I went out, when I returned I found a white dust covering everything and my wife was due to be home soon. I had just told her everything was great. I was not happy to have her have to help me clean and dust the entire house.I would have like to have known ahead of time about the film from the cleaning.Other than not being told of the film, all was great and we are very happy with the result and the guys who did the work.
My questions were answered before I booked the service. The company came out to give a free estimate. The professional agent returned my phone calls and asked his manager about allowing me to use a ValPak coupon. The appointment for the duct cleaning was able to be scheduled for late afternoon, which allowed us to have all of our customers out of the business. A text message was sent to inform us that the crew was on their way. Both technicians had masks on while inside the building. They completed the cleaning in a timely manner. The only thing else they could have done was sweep up the mess on the floor. I should have asked if that was part of the service.
