A neighbor recommended The Water Doctor after my husband and I became concerned about the water quality in our area. We were not disappointed - Bill Miller did a great job educating us on the benefits of a water filtration system and we wound up buying the whole house filtration and reverse osmosis drinking water filtration. We are more than pleased with this company, staff, and products and wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend The Water Doctor.

Thank you Water Doctor! I purchased a water filtration and reverse osmosis system for my new home after realizing my water tasted funny. Since purchasing my system from The Water Doctor I am so happy with the taste and quality of my water. Bill, who came to my home to show me my water quality truly cares about his customers and went above and beyond to take the time to explain to me the water system he was installing. Thanks again, I will definitely be recommending.
An absolute and complete SCAM!! Not only did they flood our entire neighborhood, but they want to charge us an extra service fee for this?! All they had to do was tell us how to fix it but BILL (owner) claimed to be too sick to help but then we see him out playing tennis the next day! You will never deal with a worse company or service department. Please do yourself a favor and RUN in the opposite direction!!
They came for a service on a Friday, and after 5 minutes I called them to tell them I had an issue and they needed to come back, but they said they could only come back on Monday. I told them their technician had literally left and should still be very close, and I needed it urgently because otherwise I would not have drinking water over the weekend. They didn't care, they were rude, spoke to the owner and he was the worst of all, so I understand who is the source of this terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
