I recently bought one of the hyperion dash cameras from Walmart that was on clearance. I like the way it functions so far, but had an issue with the instructions in the manual on gaining access through their support online to download the software for windows to view your dash cam footage. These can be viewed without, you just don't see all the extra details like MPH and all that. I called their phone number and spoke with Tim who immediately knew I need to talk to Josh in tech support who immediately knew about the issue with their website and got me the file emailed right away. If you talk to Josh, it's better to have a google email and remind him to give your email address permission to access and download the file. Felt very much like a small company that cares about their customers through my whole experience with them.

Bought a 021-0128 charger 01/06/2019.Used it for 8 months and it died. The battery was bought 04/ 2018. The charger worked fine till 08/2019. Both the red and green lights flash intermittently.Can not tell if charger or battery are bad.

Their batteries are as light as a feather! The warranty was 3 years!! 2 years and 10 months later the battery failed. They replaced the battery, no questions asked. The price is about 20% more than the local part store but.....the warranty was 2 years longer!!!! I've been riding street bikes for over 30 years. Needless to say, I've changed quite a few batteries in my lifetime. This is by far THE BEST BATTERY ON THE MARKET!!!!! I wouldn't even consider buying any other battery!! Thank you Battery Tender!!!!

This is to acknowledge the recent great customer service from this company. As a user of their battery tenders for years I contacted them about replacement of a rubber item that was damaged due to my own fault. The customer service rep sent me at no charge two of these parts for which I am very grateful. I am a customer for life.
