The delivery team personel go above and beyond service excellence. These guys are top notch! The owner Todd takes every job seriously and goes to great lengths to make sure its done right. He will personally handle any issue or concerns and correct them immediately. Their tents and equipment are kept immaculate. Having worked with other rental company vendors Delux is by far- hands down the number #1 choice!

These guys are the real deal! They operate with the highest professional standards, and went the extra mile to ensure that our outdoor wedding was a huge success. We were extremely impressed with the quality of their planning and work, and would highly recommend them for anyone planning an event in Michigan.
Had delivery set up and they gave me a window of 12 noon til 5pm. They said they would call me 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were in route..They never called and to top it off dropped the chairs off at 7:30 am and left them piled in front of the door. I'm on disability so imagine getting 100 chairs moved inside. I politely called to ask why I wasn't called that they would be delivered 5 hours early and the lady and I quote told me \whatever\ . Terrible experience.
