He was able to install in a timely manner and after completion we reviewed the operation of the unit and was able to answer every question I had. The Technician was very courteous and professional. He called to inform me of progress being made with the repair of the furnace.I have in a rental unit. The furnace needed a new blower and Rob secured that the next day and installed it at the time he indicated he would be there. After he completed the work, he informed me immediately.
