These guys did a fantastic demo job on the first floor of my building and even accommodated changes in the job scope without a problem. The prices were great too! Definitely keeping these guys in my arsenal!

Yanir was very responsive and gave me a fair price. His crew showed up on time and did an amazing job! Yanir also showed up to personally make sure they understood the scope of work. They removed about 80 sq. ft. of concrete path, a large thorny bush (including roots), and two metal clothes line poles. They hauled away all debris then leveled the dirt in the area. It would have taken me weeks of slow back breaking to do the job myself and would have required renting a jack hammer. It was definitely worth the expense to hire pros to come in and get it done in a day.

Me and the wife Had a unpermitted addition on our house we needed it removed. we contacted Demo Leaders because of the great reviews we seen on Yelp. well they are All True. Yanir was quick to Get out look over the job pull permits and had the job done in 2 days. all clean up was done and we are Happy with the work that was done. his crew was great and very professional.
