They could not have been more prompt and professional. The gentleman who came out was nice, informative and helpful and for my furnace back up and running. The price was a little high for the amount of time he was there but it was last minute!!!
Tim arrived before his scheduled time . He was a real nice guy. He diagnosed the issue very quickly. My furnace was blowing cold air. I was back up running in 30 minutes. Great job.
Very knowledgeable and efficient. What I thought was causing the issue was not the issue. Took all of 10-15 to fix.
Had a hot water heater replacement done by them. William did good work. Company was fair priced, on time, and came out with new hot water heater in less than 24 hours. William even left and came back right away after some wrong parts came with delivery.
My service person John Tucci was very polite and efficient. He explained the process of job he was going to perform. And work with professionalism and got it done! I then needed service again on a different and John came with the same energetic goal to get the job done. I recommend Dempsey Energy on their professionalism. Butter
Nice job, very clean and thorough tune up of boiler & tank. Tim was on time, and took his time and did a great job even though I was the last appointment of the day! He was communicative, polite and professional and left a clean workspace. Would definitely recommend!
