We spend a lot of money at torrid; however, I will not return to this store. A blond, short employee was simply rude. My old torrid (grand parkway location) knew my name, my sizes, my preferences, asked about my husband, etc. I am a “VIP” customer and was treated as one which I really appreciate but don’t expect. This store seems to care less about service.

2 trips to this store in recent weeks, not enjoyable! I emailed corporate, hopefully they will address it. I also second the earlier review saying sizes were missing. Clearance area is a disaster.

Well, it's torrid. Nice place to shop for us big girls. I don't have to go through tons of clothes to find something I like or to find something in my size, obviously, it's catered to bigger woman. Although, I do find this place very expensive and most clothes do shrink after 1 wash. I do get a bigger size just in case but paying 50-60 for a top I shouldn't do that. Other than that, I do like it. I like the rewards program. It's my go to store when I need to treat myself to a little something

It's ok to be bigger than necessary but also ok to be petite as well. Skinny people need clothes also.
