Have had Culligan Water for over 20 years. Excellent knowledgeable dealer with excellent customer attention and service. They say what they are going to do, and do what they say, plus provide more to the customer. I would never trash such a good Christian organization. I am one of those folks that always expect the best of servicemen/women and Culligan has never, ever disappointed me or my extended family.

My mother in law had a water softener installed 6 months ago and other than cashing her check and a very sloppy install she has gotten zero Customer service. They had to be argued with to complete the install after 6 months of arguing with them she turned to me for help. They left the purge line laying above ground, had the electrical installed by an unlicensed electrical contractor (very dangerously), and never gave her the paperwork with warranty and owners manual. We are at our breaking point with this company!
