The most amazing experience my wife and I have experienced. We have built many homes and will never stay from these attentive friends.

Add myself to list of unhappy customers. I recently bought my home and wanted to get some prewire for running my home theatre speakers and patio speakers I thought this would make my life easier once I'm in my home. First I expected cleaner work from company used by builder. I was expecting a wall plate of some sorts to let me know which wires were what speakers but instead I got a cheap semi cover with all the wires sticking out and to top it off I had to figure out what wires went to what speakers making this even harder, I spent a a couple hours figu6out out what speakers were whic since they didn't mark them. Wow. Once got done with inside went to connect outside speakers only to find out that they use what's called four conductor wire unlike the usual red and black wire inside. I called them to get help and you would think they would of sent someone out to help but the tech guy was talking audio visual jsrgen which he expected me to understand only to still not able to figure how to get patio speakers working. Definite didn't make my life easier it made it worse due to poor workmanship and follow through I shouldn't have had to figure it out on my own and get frustrated. Very poor customer service if I can give zero stars I would.

Just be warned save yourself from someone that only sees you as a burden and not a customer. I was forced to use this company through my home builder, and I wish this wasn’t the case because I’m sure they got quite a chunk of change for their work. We had an issue with two warranty items that broke and when I contacted customer service, they were terribly difficult to work with. The entire time he treated be as a burden and not as a customer. I feel this guy was very difficult to work with and a lack of communication on all ends (sure he wished I would just give up). I had to prove to him what the warranty said to get anything replaced (he said he "read" the warranty, and nothing would be replaced. I had to send a picture of the warranty itself to prove to him that he odiously didn't read the warranty and was just lying to us). Then he charged me 90 to have them fix this item, the warranty is loosely written but it sounds to me like they should fix it free of charge: "Within two years from the date of first purchase, should our powerbrush, including the cogged belt and LED lamp fail to function due to faulty workmanship or material, simply bring it back to your authorized dealer where they will replace or repair it (our option)." From the warranty I understand he didn't want to have a loss, but it isn't our fault this broke and I’m sure he made quite a lot off us originally. Anyway, he should of charged all that to Honeywell not us unless he double dipped and got paid twice. I'm so frustrated with this guy and that we gave him so much money originally for him to treat us as a burden and be so disrespectful. The sales rep Rick was great and very friendly and the service person that came out to replace a warranty item was also great. That’s about it. Really regretting this purchase!

I just called because I didn't want to have to read the manual to figure out how to add a new user code to the key pad on my front door. A service person named Dave patiently and kindly explained to me how to do it. It was so quick and easy! Thank you!

They’ve done a lot of work on my two houses but they didn’t fix my vacuum port properly even though it was a repeated problem. Now it’s broken a third time in the same way but it’s finally out of warranty. I expected better service.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Our new home builder recommended them which turned out to be a disaster. I called their office and they could not tell me who to talk to. I asked for a call back and never got it. Finally got in touch with the owner to get information on networking and got bad information. I did my own research and discovered they ran the wrong cables on a brand new home. They did the absolute least amount of work to correct it only after being pressured by the builder. Owner stopped communicated entirely and basically washed his hands of the situation. I went to another shop and spent a ton of money and was so much happier. Avoid these folks like the plague.
