Wow! Brandon and his team were incredible to job with. I manage properties and I had a lot of questions about models, specs, etc. Brandon worked through it all in a polite and patient way. I needed to get a replacement system for my mother-in-law's house and Brandon was incredibly understanding and generous with the situation. Not only was Brandon wonderful to work with, but the team of guys who came to install the unit were super courteous and professional. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Fantastic experience. Will be using them again.

I had 3 gas leaks found at 10:30 at night. I called and left a message at night and received a call back in less than 10 min. They sent Dan out to service me right away the next morning. Dan was fantastic in helping repair the issue as well as coming back to follow up on additional work that needed to be done! recommend!

They were up front with what work they offered, what needs to be done, unlike some shady companies that seemingly hide some information from you. I opted for the 2 visits/year at 199. The repairman added 2 lbs. of the coolant for an additional 70, after doing the maintenance/cleaning/checkup. He gave tips on how to service maintain the clean. The office consultant Shelly was efficient and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a prompt response to home unit issues.

What you get here that you don't get at the large box stores are knowledgeable salespersons (in our case, Mateo) who know the ins and outs of their appliances! Since replacing appliances can be tricky at times due to the existing hookups and space requirements in your home, these guys know their stuff and that helps a lot. Prices are competitive and sometimes even better than at building Depot or Lowes. But its the extra knowledge which makes all the difference! The installers were fantastic too!

Leighton came at my building in the designated time frame to fix my oven. He was and courteous. He discovered that the trouble was a faulty heating element and had to order the part. When the part arrived he came back and installed it in about fifteen minutes.

technician called to see if he could come earlier than the 8-12time frame. We agreed. He came 15 minutes early, found and corrected the complication and went a step farther to prevent recurrence. We have a service contract, so, there was no charge. He was gone by 8:30 am and we were free to go about our day. Thank you.
