BrightStar was very helpful in setting up nursing and caregiver options for my mother in Denton. The staff was pleasant and professional and were willing to do almost anything to help her. Particularly helpful were assists with bathing and laundry. I highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

My experience with BrightStar was nothing short of amazing. I recently had a baby so being away was not an option. Nurse Shari was so accommodating and understanding to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and explained every part of the process to me. She was also very knowledgeable! She made my 3 day 4 hour infusion so much better. I will definitely use them again!
I would like to share with you the two things that matter the most to me when I think of this agency; My experience with BrightStar Care Denton agency and staff and also how this agency has benefitted my family. I knew about BrightStar because I hired them in Houston to assist with care of my parents in 2013 through 2016. I loved how they vetted caregivers, how they trained them and the high level, consistent professional care and support they provided. They kept their word and provided the ability for me to manage their care from Dallas, giving me peace of mind and providing Mom and Dad a strong sense of autonomy. I was glad to find BrightStar, Denton, and owner, Vamsi Dodla, for my own needs after a recent serious injury. His professional caregivers have helped me get to rehab and doctor’s appointments. They check in for a covid screening before they come to my house. I have found them to be as capable as the team in Houston. My daughter has been especially comforted knowing they are there for me as she lives 150 miles away. The benefits of using this agency are many. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. You could not find a more accommodating and kind owner.

My wife & I are extremely independent people so realizing and admitting that we needed help with just day to day things around the house was just a terrible moment for us. I'm wheelchair bound with degenerative arthritis and Parkinson's disease doesn't help matters. My wife has bone-spurs in her feet and recurring cellulitis making it very painful to walk around. Despite our physical issues, on good days I can go out chop wood for our fireplace and do quite a bit, but those good days are getting farther and farther apart. When I emailed BrightStar Care I was just wanting someone to help out around the house. Sherry (RN) came out and went through a questionnaire and I told her everything. She was very understanding and compassionate and that made things much easier. I did get to meet the owner briefly and he is a soft-spoken guy that just exudes caring. Between him and Sherry they sent out this wonderful and enthusiastic young lady that just takes care of SO much, even things I would never ask people to do, like installing a new toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom. She has a great sense of humor and a strong professionalism that is hard to beat. I can't express how happy my wife & I are with everyone at BrightStar Care and how they turned a very embarrassing situation for us into a very appreciative and personable experience.
