Definitely on top of selling that membership! The warmest welcome came from the coldest person, bundled up at the door (against frigid winds, with freezing temps just a door pull away). We thought we might get more of the same inside. NOT. Assistance seemed begrudgingly given. \Standoffish\ is the word that comes to mind. It could merely be a case of Winter-time blues or an off-day or more likely, I was overly eager and excited with becoming new members of the RV community. I don't judge them too harshly. However, those prices... ... Nothing about the experience made me finally break-up with Amazon, even if I REALLY like shopping local. Thanks, again to that ebullient greeter who helped make our day! Hope she knows who she is.

Customer service is a complete joke. Can't find a single person to help and if you do find someone they are on their phone. Waited over an hour to finally get someone to get up and help. Go to Fun Town RV right down the road or any other place besides here. I hardly ever leave a bad review but this is just unacceptable.

I like Camping World for the products they have but I am not comfortable giving a recommendation. Was treated well. Make sure you read ALL your paperwork when purchasing, then ask questions about confusing issues that should come up. Ask for an explanation where a contract may just say others under cost so that you understand what you are getting. I did not, that is on me not on the company. Also, make sure you understand what comes with the unit and what does not. Look closely so you can ask questions if needed. There aren't any manuals or books that come along to help. I have had to download what I needed and it still did not have everything. Good luck.

I came in to look at Motorhomes with my grandfather and received spectacular customer service from Trevor. He was very polite and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our time shopping. My grandfather and I will be returning based on the guaranteed customer service experience alone, but the good pricing and quality inventory speak for themselves!
