They have no smoking signs everywhere at the bus stops, but nobody enforces this policy. I've lodged multiple complaints, but DCTA doesn't seem to give a damn about public health. Edit: Some buses have sealed windows. You can't even get fresh air when the drivers smoke. Edit: A few months later and employees are still smoking at the station.

GodBless Dan the Supervisor!! I didn't know Ridgemark bus wasn't running on Fridays. Google Maps and Transit App didn't tell me that. After wandering around lost on the campus and waiting at different bus stops, he approached me and notified me of the bus change and personally brought me to my Physical Therapy appointment at D&D. Godbless this man! There is hope and good decent ppl still in this world

One star is generous. I sat at a stop waiting for the 64 for an hour and it never showed up. Fort Worth systems are down, cant call them,so I was trying to rely on Denton's. Being unable to find it, they told me I'd have to wait. 2 hours. In the blazing sun. So I did. And when it didn't come, they offered the rt7 to me. But I had no money. So they offered it for free to make up the 3 hour wait, right? No! They said they don't know what to do and hung up. I had to Uber home. What should have cost 3 hours and 2.50, wound up costing me 5 HOURS AND 52.50!! THANKS DCTA!!

First ride on board headed to Houston. Stopped in the ticket office and was greeted by an extremely polite young lady that instructed me on my riding from Denton to the Mega Bus Stop in Dallas. This experience was totally TOP NOTCH AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. I got on was greeted by a young man who told me what to expect, again a very professional young man. Transferred to Dallas Train, not quite as professional but enjoyed the ride. Walked over to Mega Bus and the trip was on. Totally enjoyable and very inexpensive for this retired Papaw what a way to travel. Love it and look forward to riding again. Retired Chef Gene (Papaw)
