STAY AWAY!! Would give 0 or less if I could. 1st appointment waited over an hour to be seen. Thought oh well and went ahead and stayed. 2nd appointment they forgot about me and waited over an hour (was told 15 min wait). Went to window and asked. Was told not sure what happened but go on back. Nurse taking blood was complaining about how unorganized her office was and she didn't know why they I was overlooked. Came back next day for 230pm appt and waited over an hour. Asked whats up and they took me back to room. Waited in room over 30 nin so just left. Called asking to send my results to me directly and office lady was horrible sassy and rude. Staff acts bothered to be there. Waiting room full of frustrated people.. STAY AWAY unless have hours to waste without results.

I don't know where to start. First, when I called for an appointment, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes and forgot about me, and guess what, they hung up the phone on me. Second, I had to wait until 11:30 am to see the nurse practitionaer even though my appointment was at 10 am (an hour an a half). This happened to me twice. Third, I had to wait for them to refer me to a urologist for 21 days, and when I went to see my urologist, who I booked myself without the coordinator's help, she told me that I was poorly dignosed and prescriped a midicen that should never have been given to me due to its irrelevance and dangerousness. The urologist apologized to me for going through this this with family healthcare of Denton. They are very unprofessional.

I don’t not recommend the doctor office to anyone it is true you will wait over a hour just to be taken back. Many of ppl where called before me. They are Very unprofessional. Staff supposedly is very low according to them half of staff leaves from 1-2 on lunch the the other half goes 2-3. Don’t even bother coming here even if they take your insurance.

Don't waste your time. the pretty office building and furniture will fool you at first. The staff has 0 customer service skills and are unorganized and rude. My appointment was filed incorrectly with insurance by them but according to them paying become my personal problem (I had to refile my own insurance claim for the visit and my insurance paid.) They have a ton of people behind the counter. All of them will make sure you know you are interrupting them and they do not care about you in the least. Not one of the horde of people know how to smile or be welcoming. The wait times for scheduled appointments are worse than an ER. Actually an ER is more reliable and quicker. Prepare to wait well over an hour for scheduled appointment. Honestly the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. They're were so rude and openly annoyed with an elderly lady in from of me I actually felt compelled to comforted her. They were very nice to a drug rep that brought them all Starbucks though it did annoy them patients expected attention while they were passing them out. I had to remind them about everything from my appointment to be sure next appointments were scheduled to literature I was promised. I hope to have another doctor before the next visit though the Dr is nice the staff ruins the office, sad really. Also they will give you 30 supplies on prescriptions and try to make you experience this every month for refills.

Worst place in Denton County. Forget appointments you will wait over 1 hour every visit. No appointments to get bloodwork done so after 25 minutes of waiting I left for the final time. Apparently your time is not valuable, only their's is. I should of realized sooner when I found myself going to the cvs minute clinic instead of my doctor because I couldn't stand waiting over 1 hour every visit. Nothing like sitting in a lobby full of people hacking up germs just so I can get blood taken. This is the worst management I've ever seen. I'm glad I put an end to this madness. Go elsewhere. Read reviews.
