When you have to choose between a van down by the river and this place.... water front property looks pretty nice compared to this place. Update: turns out renters or some homes here do not have water shutoff valves at their meters and now that pipes are bursting during this winter storm, apparently some people will just have massive water bills or the city has to shut off water to the whole neighborhood.

I have found Yes Communities to be a five star class management. I have been part of the consumer retail world for my entire life, and nothing pleases me more than a genuinely, professional atmosphere of business that never loses that customer care professionalism! The Hickory Creek Trailer Park location is an investment well within the needs of those who endeavor to live in the best investment you will be making in your life. One star is too much. Hickory Creek mobile home park and YES community management are the biggest joke. I am in my ‘40s and I have never in my life seen a company that cares so little. The office here does not answer the phone, and they do not return phone messages. Most of the time the office is closed also so you can’t speak with anyone in person. We finally tracked down their corporate office number and we have the same issues with them. I have lived here for three years and it’s been the same problem after problem. They turn the water off to your home with no warning and this happens at least a couple of times per week. We have received at least half a dozen intent of eviction notices since we have lived here for non payment of rent when it has already been deducted from our account, and we have never been one day late on our rent ever. There are cars that rev up their engines loudly for hours driving recklessly through the community in the middle of the night at 2 and 3 am waking people up and the management does nothing about it. The list just goes on and on... they could not make it any clearer how little they care about the residents here and about the business they are “running”. It’s really a shame.
This place is a complete dump and management is the worst we have ever had. She never responds to emails or phone calls and the corporate office doesn't act either. Lot rent is high and there are no services provided, such as tree trimming or taking care of their own grounds within the interior of the park. You're better off looking somewhere else.
Would be a nice place to live, and the girl in the office was very helpful
