This is about the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to do business with. Yes \tried\. They scheduled an appointment for 12:00-12:30 delivery, never showed up, the driver didn't answer his phone when called and the office, well no one answered and the mailbox was full but finally after about 6 attempts a girl named Heather answered (it was now 2:30) and said the driver was late and he would call me in 30 minutes and would have the sand delivered within the hour. Not only did he not call but he never showed up either and Heather decided not to answer the phone anymore. I had 4 workers waiting on a delivery all afternoon for a company that never showed up and never even called. So about 5:30 that afternoon I called Texas Sand & Gravel out of Mansfield and they had the sand delivered at 8:00 am the following morning. I sure wish I had called them first. The dog and pony show that HTC Hauling is running cost me time and money. They have total disregard for their fellow customers.
