Tammy, the Service Advisor was amazing. She was very courteous, attentive and addressed all of my needs. I was at first skeptical, as I usually am with taking my Corvette to a different dealership for service in hopes that I don't get ripped off, uphold on services that aren't essential for a low mileage vehicle, etc. Tammy did the exact opposite, which was addressing my needs in the best possible manner. Best service advisor that I've ever dealt with. The customer service representatives up front were phenomenal. Very welcoming and service savvy and not just transactional as many are. Best front desk staff I've dealt with, as well as some of the service techs who opened the door. Overall, very satisfied!

Took 24 days to replace my bumper. Apparently your car goes through a cleaning process before you get it back, but that's a lie because my seats were dirty. They had black spots on it. Also my cup holder had some type of grease and a piece of trash. And my door handle on the passenger side had scratches. Please take your car somewhere else. They also broke my Keychain..

No judgment. I knew I had struggled and I am finally on my feet. They didn’t make feel embarrassed due to my struggles. They worked with me and found the best deal for me. The only thing I didn’t notice, was the interior needed to be cleaned In some areas. But I am very happy with my purchase, especially because I drove 300 hundred miles for this deal!

Sheldon was fantastic to work with. He didn't have any lies or schemes that unfortunately I am accustomed to when working with car salesmen. He was respectful of our wishes, found us the best deal, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Juan, the finance rep, also was a no frills or bloated plan kind of guy who made sure the process was easy and painless. Best set of salesmen I have ever worked with in the automobile industry.
