Unprofessional massage shop! The masseuse didn't know my sour point, and rough and in a rush..She answered her phone for a several times during one hour . The door kept the opening throughout the hour . Terrible !!! The towel was very dirty and smelly. I think they didn't wash the towels! The next day my skin was itchy with allergy reaction, red spots. I will never come back here for a worst massage and to have someone pressure me to tip more.
The special is 35 for 60 minutes which covers head/arms 15 min, back 15 min, and feet for 30 minutes. The technician was not very experienced to put it nicely. Even so there were a couple things that felt good for a second and I was going to give 3 stars but then during checkout a random piece of orange paper appeared with required tip amounts. That ruined it because worst case was 10-15 and best being 20-25. Considering the whole service was 35, and I certainly got what I paid if you understand my meaning. Well long story I tipped 7 and the look on her face was incredulous. As a business you can’t offer substandard service and demand a 70% tip.
Amazing experience. It’s really hard for me to relax but the massage I had today was amazing.
Worst massage I've ever had. Supposed to be full body. Only massaged me face down. Did not massage neck, shoulders, chest, thighs or feet. Then gave me a dirty look when I only tipped her 5. I was very disappointed.
