Literally a glorified quack shack... Came here for COVID-19 testing to which I previously tested positive... Not only was I physically incapable of getting out of my car without help, but they wanted me to walk THROUGH the store (note I had COVID before, this was the test to see if I still had it). My appointment was at 2:00, they only called me after I called the pharmacy at 2:15 and I was told that even though I am physically unable to get out of my car, I still have to come inside. How does that make sense? Do better CVS... To everybody that physically walks into this store, be VERY CAREFUL!!! People who have tested positive for COVID have probably walked through this store. Maybe they touched things, maybe they didn't, but is it really worth it when you can go to another location that's more accommodating to people who actually have COVID-19???

I've been in multiple times because I don't have a PCP yet. The doctor is really friendly. Depending on arrival, flu season it can take a while. However, would be at gyno that long before seeing her. So I'm fine with that. Been in/out in 20 before too. Again, he's nice, thorough.

My husband made an appointment yesterday for 9am today. He arrived at 8:45am and waited until 9:12. No one ever came out, and when he checked online it said that he would need to reschedule due to his appointment being cancelled. If we are expected to schedule and show up to an appointment, I expect the “professional” providing the service to be there.

The gentleman who evaluated me was thorough, kind, and efficient. I will come again for minor illnesses and would recommend it to others. Prior to this minute clinic, I would go to Denton Minor Emergency where it took hours to get seen and the care from the main physician was substandard. Here, I was able to check in online and pay a standard office visit with my insurance.

Stinks if you are really sick. No guarantee you will even be seen. Service is completely dependent on a kiosk. No way of calling or checking test results. Nice nurse, but the concept is human less. Ended in the ER a couple days later because there was no treatment given. 25 co-pay down the drain.
