My Flooring America was amazing throughout the entire process! We had the entire floor to our downstairs redone with red oak and provincial stain. It turned out gorgeous. The teams that worked on our floor were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They stuck to their schedule and even maneuvered around our schedule working with us and our painters. The whole experience was smooth sailing and we ended with beautiful wood floors. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back with any future flooring needs.

I had great experience with MFA with Carpet selection and install via Costco program. Sean was very helpful in determining best option for us as we decided between hardwood or carpet for our rooms. He was very prompt and courteous. Installation was done professionally by 3 men who were skilled and experienced. They helped move our furniture and carpet is looking great. Thanks Costco, MFA, Sean and Roberts for helping us replace long due carpet replacement.
I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service department is completely negligent in performing customer service. Our floors were installed on a Friday and after the installation, not a single person from my flooring America called us to follow up. The contractors were very nice and fast but several staples and screws were sticking out of the baseboards. Us, our guests, or our dogs could have easily cut themselves on these screws that were in high traffic areas. We thought we gave the contractors the correct paint color for the baseboards, but it was too light. Instead of calling us or my flooring America, they continued with the incorrect color and we had to go back and fix it ourselves.(Just to clarify, it took three weeks after installation for somebody to call us and hear our concerns and then continue to not fix the issues after their negligence, keep reading for more details on that.) The contractors also did not pin the existing carpet down very well and did not clean up very well. (Photos Attached) I called the following Friday, and left a voicemail. No one ever called me back. The next Friday, I called again and got through to somebody who said the gentleman who oversees our area would call us. Several days later he called us saying he swore that he followed up with us after the installation. Neither me nor my husband received a call or had a missed call from him. He said there was nothing he could do to reimburse us for our time fixing the contractor's mistakes and apologized. We are overwhelmingly unimpressed with my flooring America's customer service. We will not be using them again and we will let everybody we know who is considering new flooring to not use them. Update: After posting this review, my flooring America finally decided to call us! A month later. I did not answer seeing as they had a month to make the situation right.
My Flooring America helped to make our carpet purchase enjoyable as well as efficient and cost effective. The carpet quality was very good and the installation was smooth and courteous. I would highly recommend them based on our experience.
We looked everywhere for new flooring in our sunroom. Having only a 4 inch sample, it wasn't easy to imagine what the entire room would look like. When Sean came to the house with a large sample of the color we choose, he was then able to show us what the entire room would look like on his computer. The guys laying the floor were very nice, professional and did a super job. I would highly recommend Sean and My Flooring America.
