On of my regular grocery stores. The staff is fantastic. The variety of foods is good, not as good as Sprouts but good. The store has an overall clean and well organized ambiance.

Homeo remedies are available here. Wide variety of organic and natural products. Little expensive, but worth the money. Vegan meats are awesome. Large collection of Indian meals and impressive spring water collection.

Odd vibe but quite an assortment of healthy treats n eats n other health oriented trinkets and gadgets. The oddity of the atmosphere was very normal for this kind of naturopathic cinema but it still leaves me rather uneasy, hence, one star removed. I usually show up here once every couple of years or so for one particular item but its always fun to peruse the somewhat extensive inventory. Very clean and orderly. Kind of a mini-Whole Foods.

One young woman in the Vitamin or supplement section was extremely helpful directing me to every product on my list!! I didn't even have to ask, she asked if she could help me!! Very cool in an age of distance and \don't bother me\ to find a knowledgeable, genuinely helpful person who cared about others and doing a good job. A gentleman came to help first and I appreciate him, but she was the gem that had the information. Thank you!!

Clean and high quality groceries for slightly more than a traditional supermarket. Yes it is more but definitely a good investment in health & environment. Got a great deal on some organic Spaghetti sauce tonight, turned out to be wonderful and less then 4 a 25oz jar with tax. Be back tomorrow.
