My husband has been here twice and he has not been satisfied. He gets to the school today to get his hair braided and the lady they said would be doing his is not here and they failed to contact him to let him know. I understand they are students and learning but the customer has the right to decide if they want someone else doing their hair or not....We will not be back, the last time I had to re do his hair the next day.

Very displeased with their services because they bs with people's time. I had an appointment scheduled for 09/19/2017 and they called me at the last minute to reschedule my appointment. I specifically called the #ogleschooldenton in advance to have braids with braid hair installed and none of the girls i spoke with knew if their hair braiders could braid hair with braid hair. Every young lady i spoke with responded \oh they shoud know\. I set up an appointment for 12pm and the girl set it up for 1pm. The very day i was about to head in for the appointment they call me to reschedule. They left a voicemail and i called right back to find out the girl set up my appointment for 1pm instead of 12pm and that they didn't have any braiders available until 6pm. I was angry because i was about to head there and because they pushed my schedule back so late. I then spoke to the stylist manager and she told me that's all she could do. She sounded nonchalant and i told her it made me not want to come in. Long story short i didn't go. I went to #Dallasbarbercollege. They installed my braids and they were perfect. I actually need to speak to corporate about this location anyway because there's been other times when they've messed my appointments up. I was wanting to give them business because they're close by but I'll most likely go elsewhere. Also I'm not a one time user I've been here many times for other things so you guys may have lost a customer.

Students and instructors were all super nice, Christie was great. Hair turned out well. Would definitely return.

I just quit after 3 weeks. They promised me mondays and Tuesday’s of virtual learning and low and behold I was the only one in the class doing it. The first day of class they had no idea I was doing DE (distance learning) so like the director said she had to “accommodate” me. 14,000! They even advertise it. Think about it before you sign up. Then they asked for a doctors note. Which I got them. They still threatened to take DE away. They had no clue about my transfer hours that I had from another school. Poor communication. I had the worst 3 weeks there ever. Look elsewhere or spend your money wisely.
