Service center is top notch. The work I have had done each time has been impeccable and they are so professional. I really appreciate them taking care of my work van (basically a convert RV). They make my life easier and I'm glad I stumbled upon them. New long time customer.

I did not buy my RV from Outback, but their service department just can't be beat. Very friendly staff. They have taken care of me both times I've had my RV in the shop. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs service work on their RV.

Giving them 2 stars solely for one of their employees being so helpful both times I needed to move the fifth wheel, and for their ability to move up my pick up date. When I bought it I needed it transported to their shop for some repairs and renovations. The guy who was originally supposed to tow it for me ended up not being able to and literally the night before I had to pick it up Adrian agreed to do it. He also took it to a tire place to have them all replaced before bringing it to their shop since the ones on it were old and not safe to drive far on. Very helpful and he didn’t charge me extra. He also took it to the RV park for me the day I picked it up. Sadly, there ends my good things to say about this place. The repair work I paid thousands for did not last a month. One of the outlets I paid them to fix stopped working, the key code door lock I paid for stopped working, the heat stopped working, and several of the cameras for the security system I paid to have installed stopped working. I contacted them to fix it and to their credit they replied promptly and apologized and said they would come out to see about repairs and to let them know what time would be good, but after some thought I was uncomfortable paying 145 (their hourly service rate) an hour for their work again since it had already failed me in such a short time. I ended up using a local handyman who was able to fix everything in 2 visits (he had to get a few things he didn’t have on hand and come back) for a much more reasonable hourly fee. I had originally planned to come back to them to have a few more things upgraded and installed but I’ll definitely be looking for a different place to go. They are very friendly though, and Adrian definitely went above and beyond to help me on short notice to pick up my fifth wheel. Which I did and do still appreciate. I think this is the kind of place you’re better off buying new from and go somewhere else for any repairs or upgrades.

I liked that we were left to look on our own, but their selection was limited.\u200d️
