Update, happy to say PODS are scheduled for delivery to our new home on this Saturday. God Bless Thank you. Hoping to be able to change my rating. We get to our new and forever home, 1700 miles away so excited. Call to schedule drop off. Oh sorry we do not deliver to that address!!! What??? How can we get our pods? Well you will have to unliad them at the facility to a moving truck? What? How are we suppose to do that, my husband is a 100% disabled Vet and we are retired. Please is there anything we can do, can we call the facility near us 45 miles away and ask for a extended deliver? I am sorry but they do not answer phones at that address. Please anything, I pray. And just to be clear this is not against the Denton facility, it is the main hub that could not help us.

A couple days before my move I called in to update the address where my POD would be dropped off once I was moved into the house. Well the agent apparently changed every address to that one and the morning they were supposed to deliver my POD they called and verified the address and I said no that is incorrect. I had movers lined up for 5pm that same day mind you. Well I got the run around and finally got a guy who told me they would for sure drop the POD off by 5 so I didn’t need to worry. Well here it is 6:30 and still no POD and they just cost me 100 for these movers that sat at my house for an hour to do nothing at all. I called and kept getting transferred and once I asked to speak to a supervisor someone answered and hung up on me after I had been on hold 27 minutes to even speak to a rep. I was also quoted 338 and when I called the lady said I needed to pay 599. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t have it all together and have cost me money and headache being I have to be out of my house by Monday and here it is Friday. You’ve been warned.
This is NOT A sales facility. It is just a storage place where they place pods until people want them delivered. Should not show up in searches but does.
When comparing costs of having movers move furniture out of the house and to storage and then later from storage to a house using PODS was about 1/2 the price including hiring people to load the POD and unloading it. They let me know the night before of delivery and pick up times and were great when I called with questions.
We had a very positive experience. They did exactly as they promised. Everything was so smooth for our move. I would definitely recommend them.
