Clean, organized, and a skilled phlebotomist. Appointment was handled on time. Client has access to lab results on their web site. May have to print results for your MD, if he/she is not connected with Quest.

Those of us that don't know to schedule an appointment online as we are old and do things the old fashioned way. As a walk in, I should have just as much priority than those who are savvy enough to know to check in online. Im senior, disabled and should not have to wait an hour and a half to be seen.

It’s more than 7 years I use quest for my labs every month. My kidneys are failed and I’m really sick. They know me since a long time ago but they are really really rude. I always have problem with them. Today they made me cry. I had my lab order in hand because they never can find my order in the computer. This paper is ordered for 6 month and I have to have it whenever I go to quest. And today the lady didn’t want to give it to me back after she was done. I asked her again and again and again and I said: you cannot keep it. it’s mine, and then she threw it at me. All the time she was very rude .
