This place is a beautiful oasis tucked away in the down town Denton area. Highly recommend signing up for their yoga, Reiki, or other classes they hold here. Definitely a must see in Denton!
I had an amazing experience with Jenny at my first yoga class at the Rudra Center. I felt myself growing in my breath work, asanas and alignment within just one class and I can’t wait to see the transformation when I start going regularly! The class was well paced, well equipped, and very personalized. I would suggest it to anyone regardless of experience level.
Amazing atmosphere and people, definitely will be going back!
