Texas family Initiative has a great purpose. TFI is supposed to “provide a caring, loving home to foster children”. Not only for the children but families too. It’s sad that TFI’s purpose and goals don’t follow through their whole agency. I’m sad to say that this great agency has a downfall when it comes to the employees. The employees are dishonest, envious, and rude. When they are around new people they put on a fake face. I would highly recommend fostering with another agency based on the employee attitudes.
